Building Digital-Ready Teachers & Empowering Learners

Dear Subscriber,

Warm greetings from Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF).

We are pleased to share this edition of our FBTF Newsletter, highlighting our core programmes, ongoing preparations, and our commitment to strengthening education and digital inclusion across Ghana.

About Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF)

Future Bridge Tech Foundation is a legally registered Ghanaian non-profit organization dedicated to bridging educational, technological, and digital gaps in underserved and vulnerable communities.

Our work focuses on practical, scalable, and impact-driven interventions that empower teachers, learners, and schools to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Flagship Programme: Teacher Digital Training (FBTF–TDT)

The Teacher Digital Training (TDT) programme is FBTF’s flagship capacity-building initiative for Basic School Teachers.

The programme is a two-day, hands-on training designed to strengthen teachers’ competencies in:

  • Basic and intermediate ICT skills
  • Use of e-learning platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Digital lesson planning and content creation
  • Online assessment and classroom management tools
  • STEM awareness, innovation, and digital pedagogy
  • Internet safety and responsible technology use

TDT equips teachers with practical digital skills they can immediately apply in classrooms, improving teaching quality, learner engagement, and digital literacy.

Learning Support Project (LSP)

Through our Learning Support Project (LSP), FBTF supports underserved basic schools with essential teaching and learning materials, including:

  • Exercise books and stationery
  • School bags and learning aids
  • Teaching and learning materials
  • Classroom furniture and whiteboards

This project ensures that children have the basic tools required for effective learning.

Device Donation Project (DDP)

The Device Donation Project (DDP) addresses the digital divide by mobilizing and distributing:

  • Refurbished laptops and desktop computers
  • Computer accessories (keyboards, mice, monitors, power cables)
  • Printers and basic ICT tools

DDP supports ICT education and enables schools to integrate technology-driven learning.

Partnerships & Community Impact

FBTF collaborates with corporate organizations, development partners, educational institutions, community leaders, and volunteers to deliver sustainable and measurable impact.

All our programmes include monitoring, evaluation, and post-impact reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
