About FBTF

Future Bridge Tech Foundation LBG (FBTF) is a legally registered non-profit NGO based in Haatso Ecomog, Accra, Ghana.

We are committed to empowering individuals and communities by bridging educational, technological, and social gaps through innovative programs, projects and partnerships.

Governance Overview

FBTF is governed by a professional Board of Directors responsible for strategic direction, policy and oversight, ensuring accountability and alignment with organizational objectives.

 

Programs & Focus Areas

FBTF implements initiatives under four main Programs:

1.     Digital Inclusion & Literacy - Promoting ICT access and digital skills for learners, teachers and communities.

2.     Education & Skills Development - Enhancing learning outcomes, providing mentorship and supplying educational resources.

3.     Community Development & Sustainability - Strengthening communities through innovative development projects and environmental awareness.

4.     Entrepreneurship & Empowerment - Supporting youth, women and startups with business skills, mentorship and capacity-building programs.

2026 Planned Initiatives

Program 1: Digital Inclusion & Literacy

  • Community Digital Hub Initiative - 2 hubs in Accra and Koforidua for learners
  • Mobile Tech Clinic Initiative - 12 trips across multiple regions
  • Device Donation Initiative - 150 refurbished devices to low-resource schools
  • Volunteers & Trainers Support - trainers and volunteers engaged in activities
  • Internet & Software Licenses - tools for digital learning

Program 2: Education & Skills Development

  • Future Learn Bootcamp Initiative - STEM and coding bootcamps in 3 regions
  • Teacher Digital Training Initiative - 150 teachers trained across multiple districts
  • STEM Learning Materials Support Initiative - 20 schools equipped with resources
  • Scholarship and Mentorship Initiative - 15 students supported

Learning Support Project Initiative - provision of exercise books, notebooks, mathematical sets and other essential learning materials to underserved learners in rural communities

  • Mentorship Events - 4 events engaging students and youth

Program 3: Community Development & Sustainability

  • Green Innovative Projects Initiative - 5 community trainings and tree planting events
  • Bridge Labs Challenge Initiative - digital innovation competition for student teams
  • Community Connect Grants Initiative - 10 small grants to youth groups
  • Solar Kits & Sustainability Tools Distribution - 35 kits for communities

Program 4: Entrepreneurship & Empowerment

  • Teach4Her Incubator Initiative - mentorship and incubation for young women
  • Business Growth Clinics Initiative - 4 clinics supporting local entrepreneurs
  • Startup Launch Pad Initiative - seed support for 12 early-stage startups
  • Mentors, Facilitators & Logistics Support - supporting entrepreneurship programs

 

Monitoring & Evaluation

FBTF tracks initiative implementation and impact through:

  • Beneficiary feedback

  • Post-training evaluations
