empower individuals and communities by bridging educational, technological and
social gaps through innovative programs and partnerships that build opportunities
for growth and inclusion.
Our Governance Framework
FBTF operates under a formal
Constitution and a set of governance policies that guide decision-making,
ethical conduct and organizational performance. The Board meets regularly to
review progress, approve strategic priorities and ensure compliance with the Companies
Act, 2019 (Act 992) and all relevant national regulations.
