Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF) welcomes applications from individuals, institutions and community groups who are passionate about innovation, technology, education and empowerment.

Our programs are designed to bridge digital, educational and social gaps, creating opportunities that foster inclusive growth and sustainable community development.

Application Process

Visit our Programs page to review current opportunities and select the program that best aligns with your interests, goals or organizational needs.

Prepare Required Documents

Gather all necessary documents, including:

  • Valid identification, such as a national ID or student ID.
  • Academic or professional certificates, where applicable.
  • A short motivation letter explaining why you wish to join the program.
  • Any supporting documents relevant to the specific program.

Submit Your Application

Complete the online application form on our website or submit your application by email to programs@futurebridgetech.org .

Important: Ensure that all details are accurate and that all required documents are attached before submission.

Screening and Shortlisting

All applications are reviewed carefully by the FBTF Program Team. Shortlisted applicants may be contacted for interviews, written assessments or further clarification where necessary.

Final Selection and Notification

Successful applicants will receive official communication and onboarding instructions via email.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for participation in FBTF programs, applicants must meet the following general requirements. Some programs may have additional or specialized criteria based on their focus area.

For Individuals

  • Must be at least 15 years old, although specific programs may have adjusted age limits.
  • Must demonstrate an interest or background in technology, education, entrepreneurship or community development.
  • Should possess a basic understanding of digital tools or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Must be resident in Ghana. International participants may be considered for virtual programs.
  • Must uphold FBTF’s values of integrity, inclusiveness, teamwork and innovation.
  • Should be committed to completing the full duration of the program.

For Institutions or Organizations

  • Must be legally registered or operate under a recognized authority.
  • Should share FBTF’s mission of promoting technology, education, empowerment and innovation.
  • Must demonstrate the capacity to implement or collaborate on community-impact initiatives.
  • Must be committed to transparency, accountability and ethical collaboration.
  • Should be willing to participate in joint evaluations and reporting mechanisms.

For Community Groups or Clubs

  • Must have a defined structure, leadership or recognized coordinator.
  • Should operate within a school, tertiary institution or local community.
  • Must demonstrate interest in technology-driven or educational development projects.
  • Should show a record of community engagement or an interest in social impact initiatives.

Selection Priorities

FBTF values fairness, inclusion and merit in all selection processes. Preference will be given to applicants who:

  • Demonstrate strong motivation and clear alignment with FBTF’s mission and program goals.
  • Show potential for community impact or leadership within their field.
  • Reflect a balance of gender, regional and socio-economic diversity.
  • Exhibit creativity, problem-solving ability and a passion for lifelong learning.
  • Represent underserved or marginalized communities that can benefit from FBTF’s support.
