Strengthening entrepreneurs and small businesses through practical business advisory, mentorship, capacity building and growth-focused support.
The Business Growth Clinics is a project under the Entrepreneurship & Empowerment Program of Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF). It is designed to strengthen and scale up small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), women-led startups and youth-owned ventures by providing targeted business advisory support, mentorship and capacity-building workshops.
The project addresses common challenges faced by entrepreneurs, ranging from poor financial management and weak business models to limited market access and a lack of effective growth strategies.
Through tailored sessions, participants receive practical guidance on business expansion, innovation, digital transformation and sustainability, helping them build stronger and more resilient enterprises.
Build the capacity of emerging and existing entrepreneurs to grow sustainable businesses.
Enhance financial literacy, business planning and management skills among participants.
Connect entrepreneurs with mentors, investors and resource partners.
Promote inclusive participation of women and youth in enterprise development.
Support digital transformation and innovation-driven business models.
Foster a community of ethical, socially responsible and sustainable businesses.
The Business Growth Clinics operates through a combination of training workshops, business advisory clinics and one-on-one mentorship sessions facilitated by business experts, consultants and volunteer professionals.
Participants' existing business models are evaluated to identify strengths, challenges and priority areas for improvement.
Focused training sessions cover areas such as financial management, branding, marketing, business operations and technology integration.
Participants receive personalized mentorship and coaching from experienced entrepreneurs, professionals and business experts.
Participants develop and present practical business growth plans for review, feedback and potential support.
A closing session provides participants with an opportunity to showcase progress, network with stakeholders and explore partnership opportunities.
The project is coordinated by volunteer business consultants, trainers and mentors under the supervision of the Programs Directorate of Future Bridge Tech Foundation.
Volunteers support participant selection, facilitation, documentation and monitoring. Collaboration with entrepreneurship hubs, financial institutions and corporate partners provides additional technical and advisory support throughout implementation.
